3 muscle snatches
3 hang power snatch to overheadsquats
3 tall snatches

Work up to a daily max:
1 power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch
TC: 15min

Set a clock for 12 minutes and complete:
1 minute of squat cleans 50/35
1 minute of push jerks 50/35
2 minutes of squat cleans
2 minutes of push jerks
