SPECIFIC YOGA FOR CROSSFIT
At SPREE CrossFit, we think holistically. For us, yoga is the ideal complement to CrossFit. We teach a dynamic yoga style that supports the ability for a balanced flow of movement. All muscle groups work with each other in various positions. The alternation of stretching and contraction works like an internal massage, improving circulation and cellular metabolism. Regular sessions of CrossYoga result in improved flexibility as well as deep relaxation and recuperation.
