The 3 Elements of our Training

The Training at SPREE CrossFit consists of


  • methodical instruction in the exercise of the day
  • 4 basic exercises (squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans)
  • efficient practice by repetition and with variations

  • individual exercises to increase strength
  • strong muscles protect joints
  • maximal strength is the basis for every other strength (e.g., anaerobic strength, aerobic strength endurance, etc.)

WOD (workout of the day):

  • combination of various exercises
  • training based on time or AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible)
  • constant change—no workout is the same
  • correct execution of every exercise (strict)
