Why CrossFit, and what is the Basic Class for?

CrossFit exclusively consists of natural movements. It doesn’t involve training with predefined directions of motion, and it’s not done while sitting down, as one does on the machines in conventional fitness clubs. That’s why CrossFit training can be directly transferred to daily life—whether you’re moving a crate of drinks or installing a baby seat in the car, running for the bus 😉 or getting up from a couch, CrossFit gets you fit for everything!!!
In the Basic Class, we show you what a CrossFit beginner needs in order to enjoy the sport and perform it in a safe and healthy way. No previous knowledge necessary—but you should, of course, be fit enough to participate.
