Our Training consists of the following three elements:

The Training at SPREE CrossFit

Technique:
*methodical instruction in the exercise of the day
*4 basic exercises (squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans)
*efficient practice by repetition and with variations

Strength:
*individual exercises to increase strength
*strong muscles protect joints
*maximal strength is the basis for every other strength (e.g., anaerobic strength, aerobic strength endurance, etc.)

WOD:
*combination of various exercises
*training based on time or AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible)
*constant change—no workout is the same
*correct execution of every exercise (strict)
